" I can't say enough good things about Taj Restaurant! The variety of vegetarian dishes they offer is outstanding. I tried the channa bhatura and it was one of the best I've ever had. They clearly use authentic techniques in their cooking. What's more, the service was exceptionally quick and friendly.
